At KCVA Volleyball we know your free, time, and leisure activities are important.  We offer a diverse range of services to meet the cultural, entertainment and recreational interests of our customers in Phoenix and surrounding areas.  Whether you are looking to meet new friends or play on a top competitive team KCVA Volleyball can help.

KCVA Summer Open Gyms

Our open gyms will consist of a coach led warm up followed by a night of old fashion 6 on 6 volleyball. No instruction, no drills, just volleyball! Bring a team of six or create one when you arrive to the gym. Winning team stays on the court. This is a fun way to get more touches before the school season begins. Join us this summer.


Monday's: 7/10, 7/17, 7/24 (5th - 12th grade) 7-9pm

Tuesday's: 7/11, 7/18, 7/25 (9th grade on up) 7-9pm

Congratulations to our 14 Black team for finishing the season as the runner ups in the 14A Club Division Region Championships! 

KCVA at USAVB Jr National Championships!

In our 3rd year of existence, KCVA is going to the USAVB National Championships! Congratulations to the KCVA 18 Nationals team for earning a bid in the American Division. Nationals will take place April 21-23 in Dallas,Texas. Great job players and coaching staff. Check out our feature on 12 News: KCVA 18 Spotlight

We are excited to announce that our last two players for the class of 2017 has committed to play volleyball at the next level. Taylor Irving will play at St. Augustine Univeristy (DII, CIAA). Savione will play at Phoenix College (NJCAA). Congratulations girls! 

We are excited to announce that Marissa Ellis (OH) has committed to play volleyball at Eastern New Mexico 
University (DII, Lone Star Conference).She is the fourth member of our 2017 class committed to play college volleyball. We are so proud of you Marissa! 

We are excited to announce the Kaitlyn Patterson (S) has committed to play volleyball at San Diego Christian University (NAIA DI, Golden State Conference). She is the third memeber of our 2017 class to commit to play college volleyball. We are so proud of you Katie!

During President's Day Weekend, the KCVA 18 National team traveled to Las Vegas for the 31st Annual Las Vegas Classic, and finished as the Silver Division Champions (17th out of 200 teams). 

KCVA 14's National finshed as the Bronze Division Champions at the Fiesta Festival Tournament. Good Job Girls!

14 National "Bring the Beast" Tournament Champions

Congratulation to the 14's National team for winning 1st place at the "Bring the Beast" pre-season tournament. What a great way to start the season good job players and coaches!

14-1 Monsoon caps off undefeated region season with region gold

Coach Karina and the KCVA Monsoon go undefeated in region play. Congrats ladies!

17-1 Swarm Wins bronze in Lone Star Qualifier!

These young ladies have won or made the medal rounds in every tournament and qualifier this season

18's Tsunami 11th Place Finish in Lone Star Classic Super Qualifier!

18's Tsunami went 5-2 for the weekend taking 11th place overall in the 18's American Division. Great job coaching staff and team!

17-1 Swarm wins Championship at the 2016 MLK Fiesta Classic


17 Swarm went 7-2 for the weekend taking 1st place out of 51 teams in the 18's Club division. Congratulations to coaches September Lopez, Deanna Gauer, and the entire 17's team. 

11/3/15 Darren Linder to join KCVA staff

KCVA has secured coaching legend Darren Linder as a part of our coaching staff. Coach Linder will act as a rover coach to assist on each and every level. He was one of the original coaches and board members of the Arizona Juniors. He was an assistant coach at Glendale CC and is currently on the coaching staff at South Mountain CC. We are excited to have someone with his knowledge and resume join our staff.  Welcome aboard Coach Linder!

9/18/15      KCVA Making a name for itself in college volleyball

Isom, Biel and Rhymes are making waves in the DII volleyball world. KCVA Alumni are playing hard and showing what they are capable of. Freshman Zoey Isom is currently #1 in the CIAA Conference in digs per set averaging 5.35 per match this is good enough to rank her 35th in all of DII. Sophomore Brooklyn Biel is currently #1 in the Lone Star Conference in blocks averaging 1.26 per match. She is ranked #29 in all of DII.  Freshman Keke Rhymes is currently 65th in the country for aces per set. Keep up the hard work and continue to make us proud.


47 Campers attend the 1st annual NMSU volleyball camp! KCVA would like to thank coach Michael Jordan from New Mexico State for coming in and teaching young athletes all aspects on volleyball. Coach Jordan was impressed by our facility and the amount of talent in the gym. KCVA players received invites for NMSU skills camp next season. It was great turnout for our first camp.
